Zero Tolerance Policy: The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdkk. If any of these are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits is strictly prohibited.
Manipulating the system or odds to gain an artificial advantage is strictly prohibited.
Using the bdkk platform to launder money is strictly prohibited.
The use of automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gameplay is strictly prohibited.
Either the member or bdkk may close the account at any time. To close your account yourself, please contact our support team.
Closed by Member Request: Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Your main balance will be refunded. Bonus balances are non-refundable.
Closed by bdkk: If a bdkk account is closed due to a rule violation, a decision will be communicated following a thorough investigation. If no evidence of a violation is found, the original balance will be refunded.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee. After 36 months, the account may be permanently closed.
